CANCELLATION POLICY:

A full refund will be provided if our program is cancelled due to Provincial COVID-19 Regulations. In the event that Public Health requires Red Hornets Basketball to group quarantine, then a refund for days missed will be provided. There will be no refunds given for any other Covid-19 related absences or any illnesses/injuries beyond our control. Non COVID-19 cancellations of entire sessions have a nonrefundable $50.00 administration fee. There will be no refunds or changes four weeks prior to the start of any program. There will not be any pro-rated refunds/credits and/or make-up days or partial make-up days provided for any days absent.
